As she explores her next career chapter, Ms. Kramer welcomes opportunities to contribute her award-winning sales expertise, creativity, and leadership to a dynamic organization.\n\nMs. Kramer began working with the Mayor's Office of Special Events in the City of Chicago as an operations coordinator in 2000, coordinating activities for the city's 50 annual parades. In 2004, the City of Chicago's Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events promoted her to director of operations, where she produced and directed more than 1,500 private events and 40 city-sponsored events each year.\n\nBeginning in 2011, Ms. Kramer served for seven years as director of special events at Navy Pier, Inc., overseeing the organization's events and programming. In 2017, she joined DePaul University as director of university events, where she planned presidential and university-wide events. She also worked with the WNDR Museum from 2020 to 2021, contributing to the redevelopment and reopening of the museum following the pandemic.\n\nIn 2022, Ms. Kramer joined Access DMC, where she helped launch the company's Chicago team. She built, curated, and maintained relationships with event vendors and venue partners while serving as a strategic collaborator on large-scale corporate events hosting more than 10,000 attendees.\n\nThroughout her career, Ms. Kramer has built a proven track record of producing award-winning meetings and events.
